Yale Open Courses
A Already talks. No account.
What this is
Yale put a set of real classroom lectures on the open web. Each one has video, audio, and a full text transcript. No login. No credit. No certificate.
Why this door
A person who cannot see a lecture hall can still hear the hour, or have the transcript read. Most university sites do not give you that. This one does.
Steps in
- Tell a helper, or type, oyc.yale.edu. That is their house.
- Pick a course by name if you can see the list. If you cannot, ask a coach to pick one with a subject you care about. History, philosophy, music — they are all the same kind of door.
- Open a lecture. Look for Audio, or the transcript. Play their audio. Or use their text. Do not wait for Pink House to speak their lecture. We will not.
- If the first lecture plays, you are in. Bookmark their lecture page, not this page.
If you cannot find Audio or the transcript on their page, get a coach. Do not hunt for an hour.
Leave Pink House — Open Yale CoursesWe stop here. Their page is theirs. If you cannot take a step, get a coach.
