Practical, constraints-first frameworks for regulated AI and large-scale infrastructure.

About Pink House Technology

Pink House Technology builds constraints-first frameworks for complex systems that can't fail. We work at the intersection of regulated AI, large-scale infrastructure planning, and sovereign-grade security—domains where the cost of getting it wrong is measured in lives, dollars with many zeros, or systemic collapse.

Our approach is practical, not theoretical. Michelangelo provides runtime governance for AI-assisted manufacturing workflows in pharmaceutical and cleanroom operations. RASA enables rapid technical planning for ventures like lunar infrastructure and AI deployment at scale. Citadel addresses key custody for sovereign banking where traditional Earth-bound models create unacceptable single points of failure.

The pattern is always the same: find the critical constraints early, map the failure modes before they happen, and build systems that degrade safely under stress. We don't build products that hide complexity behind friendly interfaces. We build infrastructure that makes impossible problems tractable for the institutions that need to solve them.

Pink House Technology is led by Phil Cheevers, a systems thinker with 40 years of experience in complex operations—from designing Sears' nationwide quality control systems to planning gigawatt-scale AI compute on the Moon. Our work is evidence-first, designed to survive audit, and built for stakeholders who need boardroom-ready documentation at decision speed.

We also maintain pro bono work in humanitarian crisis mitigation, including food resilience planning for Venezuela's coming famine. Because systems thinking isn't just for profit—it's for reducing measurable harm wherever the engineering problem is real.
